Morris Sandler is a successful entrepreneur, strategist and leader of companies. He is a professional with 30 years of international focus primarily in financial services, venture capital, green energy and telecom.
For the last ten years, he has focused his activities on the green energy sector, smart grid and renewables. His involvement in this sector included being Interim CEO and advisor for a newly formed Geothermal Energy Producer, Interim Chairman of the Board of EnergyGrid Networks, Inc., a startup smart grid services Company that partners with Utility clients to design, build, operate and/or finance Smart Grid Networks, an advisor to Millennium Reign Energy, a startup Hydrogen Generation company and former Chairman of the Board of Energy Conservation Technologies, a minority owned Solar Energy developer and integrator with a pipeline of commercial projects representing over 150 megawatts.
He is currently Chairman of RePlanter Energy, LLC.
He has extensive international business building experience in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BA from Cornell University.
Jonathan Schreiber is an expert in advanced energy conversion technologies. Jonathan has 18 years experience in aggregating opportunities, technology and personnel into a unified team.
Prior to co-founding RePlanter, Jonathan worked as an independent consultant for various clients. His engagements ranged from developing a 20 MW biomass co-generation on behalf of a sawmill owner to the development of projects to remove CO2 from natural gas wells. His work as consultant followed co-founding Emerald Power where he raised over $2 million in development capital and built a project pipeline of over a dozen projects. Jonathan was also one of the original employees of EverPower, an independent wind developer, and served as the Director of Finance of Terrasolar a PV manufacturer and developer.
In addition to his work, Jonathan has also served as a panelist at the Infocast Biomass Finance and Investment Summit
John Cooper has over 30 years of finance, entrepreneurial and project development experience related to renewable energy, independent power and infrastructure ventures. He has obtained more than $10 billion of financing for IPP project developments and acquisitions, winning numerous “deal of the year” awards for innovations in structured finance while CFO of the PG&E National Energy Group.
Mr. Cooper successfully raised more than $40 million of early round venture funding and government grants for Ocean Renewable Power Co. (ORPC). As a Senior Finance Executive at Bechtel, John directed Bechtel’s project finance group where he assisted clients that needed to arrange financing for worldwide infrastructure projects.
Mr Cooper currently serves as an Independent Director of numerous entrepreneurial private and public companies

Dan has more than 30 years of experience in energy production and substation/transmission line services. His involvement has ranged from plant engineering and Owner’s Engineering services, construction and project management services. His specialties include planning, quality control, safety, scheduling, contract negotiations, startup and operations on equipment ranging from boilers to gas and steam turbines, balance of plant equipment and air quality control equipment (precipitators, baghouses, wet scrubbers, cyclones). Dan has worked extensively throughout the USA and internationally in a number of different countries holding various management positions.
In addition, Dan has worked on pulp and paper mills, coal projects, simple and combined cycle power plants and oil refineries as a Construction Manager and Project Director. He has assisted wind developers in analyzing wind farm layouts, capital evaluations for acquisitions and/or sales. He has worked as a Senior Project Manager on the project development and field launch of the GE 9H advanced high efficiency gas turbine, as COO of a photovoltaic inverter installation company and as a consultant for a gasification development company. Dan also has sales and marketing successes.
Mr. Marks recently completed (2014) a four year project involving engineering and construction oversight services for the largest IPP plant and two other smaller cogeneration plants in the country of Israel.
Dan has earned a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa.
